Exactly what I was looking for

It is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Just enough padding and substance to keep it safe and small enough it fits in my bag. So far very pleased with it!

The ROG Ally Magnetic Case is designed for the dimensions of the ROG Ally and comes in two sizes: one for the Original Ally, and one for the Ally X. The interior compartment holds the handheld gaming console and the interior pocket holds the power supply and cable that comes with the ROG Ally and Ally X.

MAGNETIC CLOSURE

A string of rare earth magnets create a super-strong magnetic closure. Your ROG Ally case stays securely shut while making it easy to open with just a slip of your finger.

With a magnetic closure, you can also charge your ROG Ally while still in the case.
