Shipping at WaterField

IMPORTANT

  1. If you have not received an Order Notification after placing your order, please check Junk or Spam, or email us at HeyGary@SFbags.com.
  2. Our online store is open 24/7. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.
  3. We produce goods in small batches. Because we are constantly re-stocking inventory, our website does not display inventory levels.
    • If the product you order is on shelf, it will ship that day when the Order is received before 12:00 noon PST.
    • If the product is not on-shelf, you’ll receive an email with the expected shipping date — usually 5-10 business days after your order date.
    • Products in high demand have shipping dates displayed on the product page.

SHIPPING RATES

1. The low Shipping rates are subsidized by the company.

2. For Post Offices Boxes (P.O. Box), use USPS Priority Mail. FedEx does NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes.

3. FedEx delivers Monday-Friday.

DOMESTIC

We use US Post Office and FedEx for domestic shipments.

  • $5 -– USPS First Class Mail - USA. For orders under one pound.
  • $7 -– FedEx Ground
  • $10 -– USPS Priority Mail - USA. For orders one pound and over.
  • $15 -- FedEx 2-day Express (originally $25)
  • $50 -- FedEx Overnight - USA (Monday - Friday delivery). No HI.

INTERNATIONAL

We use FedEx International Connect Plus for all international Shipments. Delivery is quick — generally 2-3 business days.

Duty and Tax are prepaid with your order to facilitate customs clearance. Total shipping includes:

  • $19 Flat Shipping Rate (originally $25 or more) PLUS Duty/Tax charged per countries’ rules.
