Excellent quality. Could use a slightly bigger better pocket.

The tittle more or less tells to story. The materials and construction are beyond reproach, and it’s thick enough that I feel my laptop will be better protected than most competitors. My slight disappoint is that the side pocket could and should be more useful. For one it could be deeper- by reducing slightly the size of the grip on the bottom and/or making the flap go a little closer to the top, both of which there’s room to do. It would also be nice to be able to close it, whether with a zipper, a snap or two, or more magnets. As it is, things fall out of the shallow pocket pretty easily. If you’re not bothered about that, I’m sure you’ll be happy with the sleeve.

Great construction. Would have liked a stronger magnet and the inside to be tighter so my ipad with apple keyboard would slide in easier.

I bought the Magnetic Sleeve for a recently purchased iPad Pro 6th generation. It also has an Apple cover. The sleeve is beautifully made, the magnet closure works perfectly, and the sleeve fits the iPad Pro with the Apple cover with no issue whatsoever.

This replaces a SF Bags iPad sleeve purchased about 10 years ago, which looked virtually brand new when I sent it along, with my old iPad, to its new owner!

Great quality

I’ve bought similar cases in the past and keep returning because of the high quality of the materials and final product. This purchase meets my expectations and is just as advertised. For future designs, it would be nice to add a secure place to store the Apple Pencil — I’m storing my pencil in the outer pocket and that is working fine, but I worry that it might fall out if I’m not careful.

It's the classic canvas with modern sensibilities. This new textile combines the soft touch of canvas with the high-performance characteristics of the X-Pac® laminate. 

 

You can tell the subtle difference from traditional waxed canvas by the X crosshatches. Available only in black.

CLASSIC WAXED CANVAS 

 

The Magnetic Laptop Sleeve in traditional waxed canvas has a rugged, yet handsome and approachable vibe. 

 

The heavy-duty 15-oz. waxed canvas comes from a reputable mill in the U.S. that has produced these waxed fabrics since the 1930s. The canvas has a naturally distressed look with a special coating that won't need much cleaning. Stains can be wiped off with a damp cloth.

DETAILS MATTER

 

The generous, full-grain leather grip on the Magnetic Laptop Sleeve serves an important purpose: it lets you comfortably hold the Sleeve so you can easily remove your laptop from the case. 

 

The leather also adds a bit of added protection when you set the case down.

CARING FOR YOUR WAXED CANVAS

HOW TO FRESHEN UP YOUR CANVAS

Keep your Magnetic Laptop Sleeve looking new by applying wax when you think it needs a little refresh. Although any wax is applicable, you can use  use Martexin Original Wax which was initially used to coat the canvas on your sleeve.
