Yesterday, I received the Medium Sling that I ordered, and I just had to drop you a note to say Wow!

As a longtime repeat customer, I know how great you guys are, so I didn't think I could be any more impressed with your products than I already am. You and your staff have really outdone yourselves this time. The sling is absolutely fantastic. Everything from the design, to the color, to build quality, to the materials used (I love the rubberized, grippy texture on the bottom and underside of the shoulder
pad) just blows me away. The look is simply amazing: rugged, simple, elegant and sophisticated.

Anytime you buy something online that you have not seen in person you are taking a chance. Sure you can read reviews and look at pictures but unless you have held the product in your hand you don't really know whether it will live up to your expectations. Sometimes you get burned and other times you receive a product that goes so far beyond your expectations that you would not hesitate even for a
second before purchasing from them again.

This sleeve you sent me is a work of art. It is perfect in every way and I am very, very happy with it. I immediately went back to your site and began looking through your other products.

1st of all i must say that the customer service experience from you guys has been, to put it mildly, astonishingly good. I can't remember the last time I was personally thanked for buying something online that wasn't a cookie cutter form letter. A very nice surprise was the handwritten "Thank You" note on the invoice. I mean COME ON...who does this these days?????? Again, wow. This kind of hands-on attention is just so foreign to my other buying experiences that it just really impressed the hell out of me. Its like I have been working in an Industrial Revolution sweatshop and William Morris just showed up to give me a drink of water.

Most importantly, this bag kicks ass. I don't need to tell you about the quality & so on (you make them, you already know that) But I will say that i see where my $254 went. This thing is built like a sexy, soft and rugged tank. It looks insanely cool, it feels really good and well made, hell, it even SMELLS good.

The buying experience has been exceptional. The product is 1st rate. As a designer I see a formula for good design mixed with good business in your company.

Hi Gary,

I work at Northland, A Church Distributed in Longwood, FL. We're a very high tech church and people take great care with their laptops. There are several staff members who use your bags for their computers and wouldn't carry anything else. Thus, I've been able to witness how well they hold up to daily use after years of "testing".

My husband and I are expecting our first child and have been searching everywhere for a great diaper bag that was made in the USA. We've had tremendous difficulty in finding one. A co-worker just received one of your laptop bags for his wife as a surprise gift. I asked if your site had bags that might work for a diaper bag - and found the Sling. My husband and I were thrilled to know that you make everything start-to-finish here in the USA! Finally!

We'd found a company! We're also very happy that the bag is machine washable which will be very handy no doubt with bottles, sippy cups, diapers, change of clothes, etc.

Oh and one other thing - my husband rides off-road motorcycles (hobby) and is going on a riding trip and so I ordered the wallet as a surprise for him. :-) Extremely sturdy and small - perfect for
his riding adventure before the adventure of our lifetime - welcoming our first child!

I just received my sling bag with large gear case, and I absolutely love it!!!!!!! I use it as a school bag because I found that all of the laptop bags were too slim to fit my laptop, notebook, books, and other course materials. It fits all that, plus I don’t have to carry a purse or an extra sweatshirt. It all fits in the bag!! The quality is perfect. I’m so excited to use this bag and try more of your products. Ok, thanks! I got the Sling bag today and so far I love it! It is a great combination of spacious interior but still lots of convenient pockets. The case is a great addition to carry stuff that maybe doesn't go in the side pockets. I also added the matching iPhone case with the strap, to the strap of the sling bag, it looks awesome! Thanks for the help getting the color I wanted, and I am happy with the medium size.
